Black Disc in Austin, TX

A witness claims to have a seen a large black disc-shaped craft with an array of red and blue/white lights on its underbelly hovering approximately 40 feet above the ground and maneuvering in right angle turns over the city of Austin, TX. Other notable characteristics included the observation of the craft's approximate size using known visual references in the area (dimensions included in rendering made by witness), the apparent fact that the witness's dog which was present did not seem to notice the craft at all, and finally the observation that the lights on the craft did not seem to illuminate any objects or surfaces beneath them.

The witness also points out the fact that this occurred in close proximity to the time of many "drone" sightings all across America.
